In the midst of the Full Throttle Tour, which kicked off back in May, Jason Aldean and his wife, Brittany, had an unexpected scare just days before the “You Make It Easy” singer’s next string of shows this weekend.
Yesterday, Brittany took to her Instagram story to share that their seven-year-old son, Memphis, was taken to the emergency room, posting a video with the caption, “still making us laugh even in the ER.”
In the video, Jason, off camera, asks Memphis if he’s doing better. Clearly tired, the seven-year-old replied, “kind of.” Aldean would also tell his son, “I hope it’s not broke, but you’re probably going to have to get a little sling,” indicating that he suffered some form of arm injury.
Shortly after, another voice off-camera, presumably Memphis’ grandfather, tried to lighten the mood, suggesting that he tells his friends he hurt himself wrestling an alligator, “One of those guys jumped me and mugged me, and I beat ’em all up. One bit me on the shoulder.“
Following the first video on her Instagram story, Brittany followed it up with a post confirming that Memphis had fractured his collarbone. Reassuring everyone that he was okay, she said, “It was a long night in the ER, but Memphis is ok! He fractured his collarbone and will be in a sling for a couple of weeks ❤️ Just some rest and extra lovin, he’ll be healed before we know it 🙌“

At this time, it is unknown how Memphis fractured his collarbone.
