Today, Ella Langley and Koe Wetzel released the official music video for their rockin’ collaboration, “That’s Why We Fight.“
Named by Spotify as one of 2023’s “Hot Country Artists to Watch,” the Alabama-born singer-songwriter has quickly amassed several million streams since the release of her debut EP, “Excuse The Mess,” and is, in my opinion, on her way to becoming a superstar.
Directed by Wales Tony, the music video features underdog Ella training with coach Koe and was shot at Nashville’s Music City Boxing & Vanderbilt University. Aside from Ella being trained for her fight, the video also features performance shots of them singing in the ring and it’s a really badass concept for the toxic-love song.
From her story-telling ability in her songwriting, to her stage presence and smooth and distinct vocals, Ella Langley is my favorite up-and-comer in Country music right now. She has “superstar” written all over her.
