Bringin’ out the big guns for KC night 1.
As if walking out with legendary country music duo, Brooks & Dunn, and performing their 1992 No. 1 hit, “Neon Moon,” wasn’t enough, Morgan Wallen gave the fans in attendance even more bang for their buck when he brought out Lainey Wilson for a surprise performance of his latest single, “Lies Lies Lies,” at Arrowhead Stadium.
Morgan first teased the song alongside his good buddies and label mates, Hardy and Ernest, when he made a surprise appearance at the SoHo House in Nashville, Tennessee back in February. Although the official studio recording wasn’t released until July 5th, fans were able to watch an acoustic version on the “Last Night” singer’s YouTube channel from the Abbey Road Sessions he recorded in London.
Morgan is currently on his headlining One Night Night At a Time tour and will be performing for another sold-out crowd at the home of the Kansas City Chiefs tonight, where I’m sure there will be another few surprises in store for ticket holders.
