    Another show, another walkout.

After delivering a crowd-pleasing first show in Madison, Wisconsin on Saturday night which included a surprise collaboration with Ella Langley taking the place of Tate McRae on their all-genre #1 hit, “What I Want,” and Miranda Lambert making an appearance on “Cowgirls,” Morgan Wallen began his second show at Camp Randall Stadium in style.

Tonight, the “Last Night” singer called on none other than former Green Bay Packers quarterback, Brett Favre, to join him on his now-patented walkout before the show. Favre, who’s nothing short of a Wisconsin sports legend, is undoubtedly one of the greatest passers in NFL History. With a Super Bowl ring, three MVPs, 71,838 career passing yards and 508 passing touchdowns, the gunslinger had a long history of being one of the most exciting (and oftentimes most frustrating due to his record 336 interceptions) players of all time.

This isn’t the first time Favre has crossed over into the country music community. The former NFL passing touchdown leader was long-time friends with Toby Keith, often playing golf with the “Should’ve Been a Cowboy” singer. After Keith’s tragic death last February, Favre honored him on an X post saying, “Toby Keith was one of a kind. He worked as hard as anybody and had a great time every time we got together. You just never know when it’s your time to go. Make sure you tell your loved ones that you care about them.”

Diving back into the Wallen-Favre team-up, it’s hard not to make connections between the two. It’s undeniable that the two possess some of the biggest star power at the peaks of their popularity; however, that stardom for both has sometimes been overshadowed by a multitude of different controversies throughout their respective careers.

With this walkout, Favre joins the star-studded cast which includes the likes of Tom Brady, Patrick Mahomes, Mike Tyson, Travis Kelce, Roger Clemens, Drake, Pat McAfee, Theo Von, Hulk Hogan and more, all of whom have made appearances at Wallen’s shows since the start of 2024.

Additionally, the string of sold-out shows at Camp Randall Stadium coincides with Wallen officially scoring his sixth-straight week atop the Billboard 200 albums chart. With I’m The Problem selling 177,000 total units this frame, the 32-year-old singer/songwriter earned the biggest sixth week in the U.S. since Adele’s 25 in 2016.
