Just yesterday, Nate Smith released the music video for his latest single and my personal favorite song from him, “World On Fire.”
The video was directed by Chris Ashlee and features Nate and his band performing the song surrounded by flames. The video’s aesthetic is top notch and Nate’s stage presence with nothing but his microphone and stand shows the dude knows how to gage in and perform well on camera.
The video features no other storyline other than the performance shots, which I was a little surprised by, but the song and finished product speak for itself.
World On Fire was written by Nate, along with Ashley Gorley, Taylor Phillips and Lindsay Rimes and is the second single off of his self-titled debut studio album.
“Whiskey On You,” Nate’s first single has over 2 million view on YouTube and went No. 1 on Country radio and I’d be shocked if this didn’t hit the top spot either. Watch below.
