The wait is finally over, and we’re one step closer to a Morgan Wallen summer. After weeks of teasing his upcoming album, I’m The Problem, it looks like we might soon get the official release date. Just minutes ago, Wallen took to Instagram to share another snippet of a track from the album titled, Just In Case, with the caption: “Album is officially done. More news for y’all next week, but here’s a clip of one that’s coming out soon – ‘Just In Case.’“
So far, we’ve already heard four singles from the album, including the title track I’m The Problem, which dropped in January. The other singles are Smile, Love Somebody, and Lies Lies Lies. Based on these tracks, it’s safe to say this album is going to be another Wallen masterpiece. Fans have been eagerly anticipating the release, especially after Wallen teased a heartfelt song for his son, Superman, along with Since You Got Gone, which has become a viral sensation on TikTok. The most recent clip shared is I’m a Little Crazy.
Today’s snippet hints at yet another classic Wallen tale of avoidant attachment and emotional walls in relationships, with the chorus lyrics: “I never let my heart go all the way, every time I try I just hit the brakes, and there’s a couple tryna take your place, but I never fall in love just in case.”
I can already tell this song will be an earworm, best enjoyed with the bass cranked up in the car. We can also now add this track to the growing list of songs we’re excited to hear the full versions of when the album drops. Until then, brace yourselves for more updates in the coming days, as Wallen is sure to break the internet with more album news.
It’s looking likely that the album will be out sometime in the next few months, as Wallen is set to hit the road this summer for his 2025 I’m The Problem Tour which starts later in June in Houston, TX and spans 19 shows in the US and Canada throughout September.
