After spending the weekend plastered across headlines over his controversial pro-Palestine T-shirt at back-to-back shows at Gillette Stadium, Zach Bryan has now found himself back in the news for a much different reason.
Turns out the drama-stirring “Pink Skies” singer is the proud owner of a massive Tennessee estate. Apparently selling for a whopping $18.25 million— yes, you read that right: over $18M— the home sits on a 40-acre property near Franklin.
According to TMZ, who broke the news today of this hefty purchase, Bryan actually bought the home back in February. Considering Bryan has long been openly vocal about his disdain for mainstream country music and the Nashville scene, I guess his line of work still comes with some necessity to stay close to Music City.
His new Tennessee home, located in Leiper’s Fork, is roughly a 45-50 minute drive to Nashville, but apparently Bryan can completely forgo the commute if he wanted to, considering the property features its very own professional recording studio. Inside the home, there are also four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a wraparound porch, and gorgeous countryside views.
In addition, it features two stocked ponds, a saltwater infinity pool, an outdoor kitchen, formal gardens, and walking trails. As pointed out by TMZ, apparently it’s designed with maximum privacy, which, considering Bryan’s polarizing character, is beneficial.
If you’re not already jealous enough, to really top things off, the property also hosts a 5,300-square-foot entertainment barn (aka every man’s dream) with a massive grand bar, TV wall, two stone fireplaces, a game room, at-home gym, catering kitchen, and two more bedroom suites, along with a two-car garage.
As of right now, the home’s exact location is unknown— but as a proud viewer of every HGTV show in existence, you bet your bottom dollar I tried scouring the internet to find photographs. Per other fans’ speculations and some sleuthing on Zillow, this 4 bed/5bath home sold back in February for $18.25 seems to fit the bill, but there’s no confirmation that this is for sure Bryan’s Tennessee home.

The news also comes just a few months after word broke that Bryan purchased a $13M NYC townhouse.
Considering Bryan only has one stop left on his 2026 With Heaven On Tour — taking the stage this Saturday, October 10, in Auburn, Alabama, he’s bound to jet back to his secluded Tennessee oasis soon after. But hey, if he ever needs a home-sitter while on the road, I know a gal.
