Keeping her “Choosin’ Texas” streak rolling into 2027, Ella Langley is headed back to the Lone Star State for the massive two-day Two Step Inn festival.
Given Langley’s meteoric rise to near-untouchable stardom this year, I was especially curious to see how her 2027 touring schedule would take shape and, more specifically, which festivals she’d be showing up at. So when her name was nowhere to be found in bold print on this year’s massive Stagecoach lineup, I was even more intrigued.
But luckily for Langley fans, we officially have her second festival stop lined up for next year. In addition to her previously announced headlining set at Patriotic Festival over Memorial Day weekend, she’ll hit the stage at San Gabriel Park in Georgetown, Texas, as part of the April 17–18 Two Step Inn lineup.
The Alabama native will round out the event’s Sunday night performances, with the previous night headlined by none other than legendary country music duo Brooks & Dunn. If you thought it couldn’t get any better than that, throughout the weekend, massive names ranging from all decades will perform, including Texas natives Parker McCollum, Whiskey Myers, Flatland Cavalry, and Tracy Lawrence.
Other supporting acts include Charles Wesley Godwin, Josh Abbott Band, Sheryl Crow, Clint Black, Jo Dee Messina, Jake Worthington, Mack Geiger, Pam Tillis & Lorrie Morgan, The Marshall Tucker Band, and the list goes on. Sunday’s show also promises a collaborative performance from Katilin Butts & Carter Faith in what I can only assume is a Dolly-themed tribute based on its name, “We Will Always Love You.”
While I know plenty of fans may be concerned about the festival returning to its late-April slot after years of turbulent weather and rainy conditions, organizers are holding out hope for better luck this time around, promising “a hell of a year.” In a statement posted to social media yesterday, they assured, “We’ve explored every option and each month brings different considerations. Whether it’s local events, holidays, or weather we weigh the full picture with our fans in mind.”
They added, “We are still choosin’ April as the best window for the biggest little honky tonk in Texas.” Don’t worry, guys, I’ll start doing rain dances ahead of time so every concertgoer can enjoy seeing this epic lineup of country music’s biggest names and fastest-rising stars packed into just two days.
