Throwback time.
Back in October of 2022, Chris Stapleton and Tyler Childers shared the stage together at a benefit concert in Lexington, Kentucky and performed Childers’ 2017 song “Follow You To Virgie.“
While there were many other cool collaboration performances, such as Dwight Yokam and Stapleton’s performance of “Miner’s Pray,” I’m not sure that any of them came close to touching “Follow You To Virgie.“
The sold-out concert raised over 2.5 million dollars for flood victims, and on top of raising an incredible amount of money, just gave us a million reasons as to why we need to start demanding they record a song together.
