“SHE MISSES RAGWEED LIKE I DOOOOO.” As of October 4th, “Ragweed” by Koe Wetzel has officially been certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America. When a record earns a gold certification, it means the song/album has sold at least 500,000 units since its release. Ragweed, one of Koe’s most iconic songs and a tribute of sorts to the Cody Canada led band, Cross Canadian Ragweed, was written by Koe, along with Ropyr Madison, and is featured on “Harold Saul High,” the album he surprise dropped back in 2019. Back in 2020, Cody had this to say about the…

“I got it, I Got it. Wait, I still don’t have it.” At his recent concert at the Dickies Arena in Fort Worth this past weekend, Luke Bryan was in the middle of performing his 2013 hit single, “Crash My Party” when he had to stop the song multiple times after forgetting the lyrics. While forgetting the words to your own songs on stage seems to happen to the most prominent songwriters and performers, It probably doesn’t help that the song was written by Ashley Gorley and Rodney Clawson and not Luke, himself. After multiple attempts to get back to…

“I need to be honest with everyone for a second.” Earlier today, HARDY took to social media to open up with fans about the state of his mental health over the last year. In his lengthy statement posted to Instagram, HARDY shared that he’s been dealing with serious anxiety and panic attacks ever since his tour bus ran off the road last October, resulting in significant and life-threatening injuries to all four passengers. A Tennessee Highway Patrol report said the bus was traveling westbound on I-40 near the Wilson and Davidson counties border when it went off the road, overturning…

You never forget your first. Back in April of 2011, Kelly Clarkson, the first-ever winner of the massive singing competition, American Idol, was welcomed back to the live stage to perform her hit duet with Jason Aldean, “Don’t You Wanna Stay.” The song, written by Andy Gibson, Jason Sellers and Paul Jenkins, was the second single off Aldean’s “My Kinda Party” album (still his best record to date, in my opinion) and went on to become his fifth No. 1 song at country radio. While Kelly Clarkson has been known to dabble in country music quite often over the last…

Aerosmith is officially pausing their Farewell Tour after discovering Steven Tyler’s vocal injury is more serious than initially presumed. Just one week after the legendary rock band kicked off the tour with The Black Crowes in Pittsburgh on September 3rd, frontman Steven Tyler injured his vocal chords and was initially given orders to go on vocal rest for thirty days, releasing this statement to the band’s Instagram account: “I sustained vocal cord damage during Saturday’s show that led to subsequent bleeding. We’ll need to postpone a few dates so that we can come back and give you the performance you…

Just earlier this month, Jason Aldean showed up and surprised Luke Bryan at his 30 #1 hits celebration to perform his 2012 single, “Kiss Tomorrow Goodbye.” It’s been almost 22 years since Luke moved to Nashville and 16 years since he released his debut studio album. During that time span, Luke has been one of the most popular and successful country artists/performers in the genre. Make no mistake, I think most would agree that Luke has had some pretty awful singles over recent years, but there’s been a few (mostly from his older discography) that have become staples and classics…
