Truly a sad day for America.
As we all know by now, former president, and current republican presidential nominee, Donald Trump, was less than an inch away from being assassinated on live TV yesterday evening while holding a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.
The former (and soon to be yet again), president of the United States, had a bullet pierce the skin of his upper right earlobe before being swarmed by secret service in what has officially been confirmed as an assassination attempt on the presidential front-runner.
The sniper, who was positioned on a nearby rooftop and has been identified as a 20 year-old male from the local Butler Country area, was killed within seconds after firing off multiple rounds. With the help from secret service, Trump then stood tall with his fist raised in the air in front of the entire world as blood dripped down his cheek in what could’ve been an even more tragic day in our country.

Not even an hour after the news surfaced the internet, Cody Johnson took the stage at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois, for his Windy City Smokeout festival headlining set, where he addressed the attempted assassination of former president Trump and gave yet another all-time patriotic speech to over 20,000 concert-goers.
“I debated on whether or not I was gonna say something about this. for those of you who don’t know, tabout 30 minutes before I went on stage, there was an attempted assassination on former president Trump. Here’s what I’ve got to say about it and I hope you’ll hear me out…
The fact that any American citizen would think that what they did today would solve a problem in this country is absolutely disgusting. I’m tired of the hatred. I’m tired of the division. I’m tired of people talking about Trump and Biden.”
“I don’t give a damn who you vote for. There’s only three things I give a damn about tonight, you listening to me? They are red, white, and blue!”
