Zach Top rounded out his loaded 2026 on the road with one final celebration last night in Watertown, Tennessee.
Ahead of the live premiere of his first-ever concert film, Top took the stage at the Stardust Drive-In Theatre for an intimate performance, this time around filled with cold (spilled) beer and country music. As we all know by now, it wouldn’t be a proper Zach Top show without something to sip on by his side. However, unfortunately, during his Sunday night performance, his cup didn’t stay filled for very long.
The 29-year-old has once again found himself circulating the internet thanks to a new hilarious beer mishap. Mid-show, he went to pick up his red Solo cup from the stool to his side, before letting it tragically slip out of his hand and spilling all over the stage in front of him.
In response, Top leaned his head back in distress as the crowd erupted in empathetic grunts. Meanwhile, the real star of the show was a fan in the background enthusiastically screaming, “Get him another one!”
Like any good man, the Grammy Award winner wasn’t about to let a single drop go to waste. He picked up the fully spilled cup, checked for any remaining beer, and managed to sneak in one final sip before tossing it toward the back of the stage.
Making light of the situation he hilariously exclaimed, “dang it, thats awful. You’re welcome for that beautiful display of athleticism and coordination,” followed by a massive sigh. He then assured the crowd, “We’ll try and play this song and see if I can recover my mood.”
RIP to Top’s filled-to-the-brim celebratory stage beverage. I have no doubt that after the show, though, there was no lack of make-up drinks during the film’s premiere and in celebration of his epic 2026 tour.
Over the next couple of weeks, the “South of Sanity” singer can finally enjoy some time to unwind before hitting up Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena for the 60th annual CMA Awards on Nov. 18, where he’s nominated for Male Vocalist of the Year and Album of the Year. Time will tell if he’ll bring up another Coors to the podium (and be able to keep it up right).
