Morgan Wallen breaking records? Shocker.
Unless you’ve been living under a rock the last two years, you’ve probably seen country star Morgan Wallen’s name EVERYWHERE, whether you’ve wanted to or not.
The 31 year-old superstar has not only been thee biggest name in all of country, but he’s been right up there with the biggest artists in all of music, breaking records previously held by popular artists such as Drake and Taylor Swift.
And now, the Whiskey Glasses singer has racked up another accolade, surpassing a two-way tie between Taylor Swift and Roddy Ricch to officially become the artist with the most weeks at No. 1 on Billboard’s all-genre, Hot 100 chart this decade with 19.

Although Morgan has only had two songs reach the top spot in his career thus far, it was his first, “Last Night,” that spent a whopping 16 nonconsecutive weeks at No. 1 in 2023, also holding the record for the most weeks spent on top by a solo artist in the charts history.
His current No. 1 on the Hot 100 is his recent collaboration with Post Malone on “I Had Some Help,” which garnered over 76 million streams its first week of release. It also marks Post Malone’s sixth No. 1 on the chart and second overall No. 1 debut.
