This past Sunday night, Carrie Underwood took the stage at Carolina Country Music Fest in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, as the last of four headliners that also included Morgan Wallen, Old Dominion and Parker McCollum.
Towards the end of her performance, Carrie’s set was infiltrated by hard rain, but it wasn’t the slippery stage that was the problem for the 41 year-old country singer. In fact, if anything it at least made the footage from the concert she posted on social media look that much more bada**.
We won’t let a little rain stop us! We won’t let a massive downpour stop us, either!
However, in footage obtained by TMZ, it looks like Underwood lost her footing and took a hard fall into a black hole as she exited the stage, and while most fans were probably trying to hurry outta there to get somewhere dry, a few definitely noticed, screaming out “she fell” in the video.
While it clearly wasn’t a “black hole” and probably just a set of stairs, it appears Carrie is just fine. No public statement has been released by her or her team at this time.
