Football on Thanksgiving is always great (unless you’re a Commanders fan like myself).
Yesterday, the Dallas Cowboys took on their NFC East division rival and while Washington kept the game close for three quarters, Dallas dominated the fourth quarter, finishing with a score of 45-10.
While slouching on the couch with your pants unbuttoned from the three plates you just scoffed down, there wasn’t much hope or excitement for Commanders fans other than Dolly Parton’s halftime performance.
The queen of Country music, who is now 77 years old, strutted out in a Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders uniform and had the entire country talkin’, including former Dallas QB and now CBS broadcaster, Tony Romo.
After the performance, Tony was caught on camera smirking from cheek-to-cheek while paying homage to the I Will Always Love You singer and her choice of outfit for the evening:
“She was wearing the Cowboys cheerleading outfit. I mean, she looks amazing, right? She’s wonderful. Who doesn’t like Dolly Parton?”
