After disbanding in 2022, dozens and dozens of questions have come to light surrounding former country duo Florida Georgia Line — consisting of solo stars Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley — and what the future holds for them. One of the most frequently asked questions has to do with their joint bar located off of Broadway Street in Nashville, Tennessee, FGL House, and whether or not it will remain intact. As of May 6, country music lovers finally have their answer…
It looks like FGL House is reaching its final days, as according to Nashville Business Journal, Lainey Wilson is partnering with TC Restaurant Group to open her very own bar and honky tonk in place of the “Cruise” singers’ establishment. TC Restaurant Group is the company behind other fan favorite bars and honky tonks in Music City like Luke’s 32 Bridge, Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Rooftop Bar, Miranda Lambert’s Casa Rosa, Morgan Wallen’s This Bar and more, and if Wilson’s establishment is anything like these, it is sure to be nothing short of sensational.
According to the TC Restaurant Group themselves, “FGL House features music every day, focusing specifically on today’s country trends. A world-class kitchen fuses unique Southern style cuisine with California flair, and bars on each floor serve local craft beers and deliciously mixed cocktails, many featuring the red-hot duo’s own Old Camp Whiskey. FGL House also boasts one of the largest rooftops, the ‘Cruise’ rooftop, dedicated to an all-day and almost all-night party with stunning views of the Music City skyline. A massive, video wall continuously showcases the hottest videos as well as all your favorite sporting events.”
While it is unclear whether or not the “Watermelon Moonshine” singer’s bar and honky tonk will keep these elements that attendees used to know and love about FGL House, it is safe to say that we will be keeping up with Wilson on social media for any sort of announcements or updates. Hopefully she incorporates some of her signature Louisiana charm!
