Criminally underrated.
After making his long-awaited return with the release of his 7th studio album, This Country Music Thing, back in August, Josh Turner is hitting the road in 2025 behind the album with a brand new tour sharing the same name.
Turner took to Instagram minutes ago to announce the This Country Music Thing Tour.
As mentioned, This Country Music Thing marked the first original album from Turner since his 2017 record, Deep South, which was a return to form for the “Your Man” singer after years of sporadic releases that included a Christmas, gospel and cover album.
There’s no denying that Turner is not only one of the most underrated artists in the genre but also one of the most talented vocalists in country history. Having had the opportunity to see him multiple times over the years, I can say that he puts on a phenomenal show. If he’s in your area, you won’t want to pass up on seeing him live.
Pre-sale tickets go on sale this Wednesday, October 30, at 10 a.m. local time using the code TCMT25 on Turner’s website. General sale will begin on Friday, November 1 at 10 a.m. local time.
