‘Bout the most wildest Koe Wetzel story I ever done heard.
About a year ago, Parker McCollum sat down with Theo Von on his “This Past Weekend” podcast and while the interview in its entirety was over an hour long, there’s one little story that just keeps gettin’ better (and crazier) the longer it’s told.
A fan of both Parker’s music and Theo’s podcast submitted a question via video asking the Gold Chain Cowboy to tell a story of some “crazy sh*t” him and Koe have done together, and I don’t know what I expected but it sure as hell wasn’t this.
Let’s sum it up, shall we…
It was just a regular Tuesday night. The boys were playing one of their first acoustic shows together in Waco, Texas just before Christmas. There was alcohol and titty bars. There was getting kicked out of said titty bar. There was playing (or crawling) in traffic. There were holes being kicked in walls, and let’s be honest, maybe even more than just alcohol involved (insert side eye emoji here).
