Two songs of the summer?
After surprising the crowd at CMA Fest last week with a performance of the brand new song, Post Malone has officially announced that the collaboration between him and Blake Shelton titled, “Pour Me A Drink,” is coming next Friday, June 21st.
Minutes ago, Post took to Instagram to announce the song’s release date:
“Pour Me A Drink” was teased for the first time on Instagram back on May 23rd, and it immediately had fans clamoring for an official release. This will be the second song off of Post’s highly-anticipated country album which is rumored to be coming at some point this year.
Judging by the CMA Fest Performance, much like “I Had Some Help,” “Pour Me a Drink” sounds like another crowd-pleasing hit for Post. It might not have the classic country sound that “Never Love You Again,” which he debuted at the ACMs has, but there’s no denying just how catchy and radio-friendly it is.
