As many of you are probably already aware, Morgan Wallen was once again arrested in Nashville last night after throwing a chair from the rooftop of his good buddy, Eric Church’s six-story bar, Chief’s.
The 30 year-old country star was charged with 3 counts of felony assault for reckless endangerment and 1 count of misdemeanor disorderly conduct after the chair apparently landed just a few feet from 2 MNPD officers.
Wallen’s attorney, Worrick Robinson, released a statement to Billboard early this morning confirming the arrest:
“At 10:53p Sunday evening, Morgan Wallen was arrested in downtown Nashville for reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. He is cooperating fully with authorities.”
Morgan’s bond was set at $15,250 and he was released around 3:30 a.m., according to online Davidson County Jail records. At this time, Morgan has not yet released an official statement.
However, thanks to smart phones and the internet, we were able to gather a few videos of Morgan being arrested, as well as him sitting (and laughing) in the back of a cop car. Check ’em out below.
