Toby Keith has one of the most entertaining personalities in all of country music.
Last year, the 62 year-old legend went on a brief hiatus after announcing he was diagnosed with stomach cancer in the fall of 2021.
In his official announcement post in June of ’22, Toby admitted he just needed rest:
“I’ve spent the last 6 months receiving chemo, radiation and surgery. So far, so good. I need time to breathe, recover, and relax.”

While this is his first official concert, Toby has given multiple performances within the last few months.
Back in October, he made a surprise appearance at Jason Aldean’s concert in Oklahoma City to perform his first ever single, “Should’ve Been A Cowboy.” (You can watch that here).
He also performed “Don’t Let The Old Man In” at the inaugural People’s Choice Country Awards, where he was also the recipient of the first ever Country Icon Award.
And now, this past Sunday night, Toby performed a two-hour set in Vegas for a sold-out crowd at Park MGM.
In typical Toby Keith fashion, he stood on stage with a red solo cup, praised our first responders and thanked the United States military before singing “Beer For My Horses:”
In another video clip posted to TikTok, Toby hilariously joked with the crowd:
“You think I’m dying don’t you, you b*tch? Me and Almighty’s got this, we’re good.”
