Fresh off of the release of “Ain’t For Sale” with Josh Meloy back in January and “Chickasaw Church of Christ,” today, Muscadine Bloodline has just announced that their fifth studio album, …And What Was Left Behind, is coming on April 11th.
The album announcement follows what can only be described as the Alabama duo’s most successful year to date with their critically acclaimed album, The Coastal Plain making many “Best of 2024” lists including ours. Couple that with opening up for Post Malone’s F-1 Trillion Tour, an extended run on Lainey Wilson’s upcoming Whirlwind World Tour and their recent single, “10-90,” becoming their first-ever single sent to country radio, and it seems that Muscadine is finally getting the recognition they’ve deserved over the past decade.
…And What Was Left Behind will once again be produced by the duo, Gary Stanton and Charlie Muncaster, alongside Ryan Youmans, best known for his work with the likes of Jelly Roll, Tyler Halverson and Low Gap. This will mark the fifth time that Muscadine and Youmans have worked together with the producer engineering the “Porch Swing Angel” singers’ first four studio albums.
The record will contain 11 tracks overall, including the aforementioned “Ain’t For Sale” and today’s new release, “Chickasaw Church of Christ.”
