We need some explanations. Morgan Wallen is set to close out this year’s Stagecoach, headlining the third and final day of the festival. The 2023 Billboard Artist of the Year is about to get on stage at any moment as of writing, but there’s one catch: the performance isn’t available to stream on Amazon Music and Twitch. While it sounds like this would be fairly standard given that most festival performances are not live-streamed to the masses, Stagecoach has been streaming the entire festival in partnership with Amazon Music and Twitch throughout the past three days. Amazon has provided live…
What. A. Performance. Out of all of the highly anticipated performances at this year’s Stagecoach, none quite had the buzz that Post Malone’s country covers set had. Post opened up the night with a phenomenal cover of Tyler Childers’ “Whitehouse Road” before diving into a setlist that contained a plethora of 90s and 2000s hits ranging from Toby Keith to George Strait and Tim McGraw. As expected, the “Circles” singer brought out Brad Paisley to cover “I’m Gonna Miss Her,” a track that put Post on the country music map after his performance of it with Dwight Yoakam’s band during…

From his provocative lyrics to his infamous February 28, 2016 arrest, Wetzel has made a name for being a modern-day outlaw. The “Love” singer has a long history of raw tracks that touch on everything from depression to drunk driving to addiction in general. In other words, Wetzel leaves nothing off of the table in terms of content in his storytelling. On April 23, Wetzel appeared on Bobby Bones’ podcast, BobbyCast, and talked about many different topics, ranging from his past arrests to…

The “I Remember Everything” singer had already released two critically successful independent records as well as his first major-label release, the Quiet, Heavy Dreams EP. Despite the critical success in indie country scenes, Bryan had not yet become a powerhouse in the genre. That all changed when he released “Something in the Orange” on April 22, 2022. “Something in the Orange” was the fourth single released in anticipation of his mammoth, major label debut,…
On April 7, Morgan Wallen made headlines after getting arrested at Eric Church’s Nashville bar, Chief’s, after throwing a chair off of the 6th-story rooftop. Wallen was charged with three counts of felony assault with a deadly weapon/reckless endangerment and one count of misdemeanor disorderly conduct. His bond was set at $15,250. The arrest sent waves through the country community resulting in memes being created, insults being thrown at Wallen and t-shirts of the mugshot being printed. Wallen’s attorney, Worrick Robinson, released a statement to Billboard the morning after, confirming the arrest: “At 10:53p Sunday evening, Morgan Wallen was arrested in downtown Nashville…
