Talk about gettin’ your moneys worth.
Last night, Toby Keith made a surprise appearance for fans in attendance of Jason Aldean’s concert at the Paycom Center in Oklahoma City.
Toby, who has been recently recovering from his battle with stomach cancer, appears to be healthy and has even hinted at hittin’ the road again.
The 62 year old country star recently won the first ever Country Icon Award at the Inaugural People’s Choice Country Awards back in September, where he also gave a powerful performance of “Don’t Let The Old Man In.”
Since Aldean was performing in Keith’s home state of Oklahoma, it only made since to surprise the crowd with a performance of his iconic 90’s hit, “Should’ve Been A Cowboy.”
After taking the stage, Toby addressed the fans and increased speculation that touring or new music could come soon:
“I’m on my rehab tour. If I’m not at my bar, I’m down at Hollywood Corners or I’m on stage with Jason Aldean. The Almighty’s been riding shotgun and my ass is ready to get back to work!”
